Fifteen years in social. Five of them at N26, where I own global social strategy for a licensed European bank operating in 24 markets.
I own the global social production budget and the agency relationships behind it, lead creative briefs across markets, and I am rebuilding the tools, workflows and team structure that produce the work.
Everything publishes inside the constraints a licensed bank operates under: how a rate can be stated, what can be promised, how fast you can move on a trend, and what a regulator reads as advice rather than marketing. I like the constraint. It means the idea has to be genuinely good rather than just loud.
Before N26 I led a six-person social team across European markets at foodspring. Earlier, Milan agency years running social for Sky Atlantic HD launches, Swatch Italia and Fondazione Milan.
The work has been recognised twice at the Deutscher Digital Awards, at the Art Directors Club Germany and at NY Festivals.
Chronically online by profession and by temperament. I scroll enough that my algorithm resets every few weeks, which is the only honest way to know what is actually landing rather than what a trend report says happened last quarter.
Sicilian, trained in Milan, Berlin for ten years and I have stopped pretending I will ever move back.
